What Remandly is

An intake service. It collects what a criminal defence lawyer’s office needs to get on your file, and passes the file to that office. Remandly is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

How a file is routed

Every file is sent only to the office’s assigned lawyer. There is no auction, no bidding and no sale of your file to the highest payer.

Fees

Remandly is paid flat software fees by participating firms; it is never paid per client, per referral, or a share of any legal fee.

Remandly does not take a cut of the lawyer’s fee and does not charge you. Any retainer is between you and the lawyer.
