Where the systems run

Remandly runs on Cloudflare, whose network stores and serves data from locations around the world, including outside Canada. Typed intake replies are generated by an AI provider in the United States. If you use the phone line, the voice service and its transcripts are processed by a provider in the United States.

What that means

Information you send may be stored or processed outside Canada, where different laws apply. We limit what leaves Canada to what the service needs, and we do not send your information to anyone who is not part of delivering it.

What stays private

Your name, number and answers are never in an email subject line, never in a text message body beyond your file number, and never shared with advertisers.
